"Ever in Light" is a trade name of Global Management Studio s.r.o., a limited liability company registered in the Czech Republic, registered office Došlíkova 3051/17, 636 00 Brno, Czech Republic, Company ID (IČO): 28238753, VAT ID (DIČ): CZ28238753, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno ("we", "us"). (a) Contact and order details: your name, email, phone, relationship to your loved one, and the information you enter in the order form, including your letter and memories. (b) Photographs and video clips you upload or send to us, and the films we create from them. (c) Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. (d) Technical data: basic analytics and cookies (see section 8).

We process your data to create and deliver your film and communicate with you about it (performance of a contract); to keep required accounting records (legal obligation); to protect our rights in case of a dispute (legitimate interest); and, only if you ask us to, to keep your photographs longer than our standard deletion period (consent).

Your photographs, clips, letters, and finished films are used solely to create your film. We never use them for advertising or marketing without your separate written consent, we never sell them, and we never use them to train artificial-intelligence models. Where you order gentle photo animation, selected photographs are processed through a specialised third-party video tool (see section 5) strictly for that purpose. Photographs and source files are permanently deleted 30 days after delivery of your film, unless you ask us in writing to keep them. Finished films remain available to you; our delivery copies are removed from hosting when you ask us to remove them. Because the films concern a person who has died, we ask you to make sure that living persons appearing in the photographs do not object to their use, and that you are entitled to share the photographs with us (see Terms, section 6).

We use a small number of service providers ("processors"), each only for its specific role: Lovable/Supabase (website and order storage), Stripe (payments), Kling AI (photo animation processing, only for photographs you asked us to animate), Vimeo (private film delivery), Dropbox (photo collection for larger packages), Zoho (email), and Google Analytics (anonymised site statistics). Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area (notably in the USA); transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

Photographs and source materials: 30 days after delivery (see above). Order and invoicing records: as required by Czech accounting and tax law (up to 10 years). Email correspondence: up to 3 years, for continuity if you return to us.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@everinlight.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, www.uoou.cz). If you are a California resident: we do not sell or share personal information within the meaning of the CCPA/CPRA.

We use only technically necessary cookies and anonymised Google Analytics statistics to understand how the site is used. You can decline analytics cookies in the cookie banner or block them in your browser; the site works fully without them.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access limited to the founder. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we treat your memories with the same care we ask you to trust us with.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 16.

We may update this policy; the current version is always at this address with the date above. Material changes will be announced on the site.
